The Hawaii IPA long term disability insurance program has been designed to offer its members the opportunity to obtain several types of disability insurance with discounted rates. Through this program you will have the ability to apply for coverage that will insure your income, overhead expenses, retirement plan contributions and funding of a partnership buy-sell agreement.

Additionally, during the initial introduction of this program IPA members may have the opportunity to apply for “Overhead Expense “coverage without any medical underwriting requirements. The availability of this guaranteed coverage will require a minimum participation of 25% of our membership and will only be available for those physicians who participate during the first 90 days of eligibility.

Given the short term window of opportunity to possibly obtain overhead expense coverage for our members it is important that you indicate your level of interest on the enclosed Service Response Form and return it to the InsMed Insurance Agency, Inc. by faxing it to 914 472 2585.
